ICT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING AND LEARNING The perception of using ICT in the classroom to teach the students is to integrate into the various tools of technologies as the pedagogical introduction in everyday education to facilitate students and teacher in the teaching and learning process . Also, ICT has the potential power to provide enable change in educational tools reform.  However, looking to the Malaysian guided scenarios by the Malaysia Education Blueprint,  using of ICT in the classroom to teach students is not a fixed concept if it perceived as a scale, the teachers are the lower end simply because using information technologies, like email or any platform for student reflections or feedback and parental participation , or another program for presentation tools: such as PowerPoint; to facilitate the creation of student knowledge, a laptop, a tablet; for use during classrooms sessions, and in some cases at home.
