It relates to the significance of ICT for 21 st century education and the way of implementing ICT in education. Malaysian Education Blueprint is based on eleven shifts where the usage of ICT is stated in the seventh shift. The seventh shift is considered as the crucial element in education which can play a vital role to enhance creativity, innovation, critical thinking and problem-solving skill among students in 21 st century education.
