The authors emphasis

challenged faced by Malaysian teachers with some new technologies which they believed

FROG VLE.
thus, the initial evidence has shown poor
adoption of the e-learning. The teachers
retreating into their old manner of teaching and learning can no longer be
accepted, while some schools are feeling disconnected from society and the in
classrooms implementing mythology,
if the new technology innovation
is to be implemented the teacher’s perceptions that innovation is important to measures
and improve the condition in order to sustain the new e-learning. They can only
be enforced if the instructors know the situations and conditions that teachers
encounter.
The
researcher used qualitative research approach to identify the views and
experiences of 60 secondary school teachers regarding implementation of FROG
VLE in three secondary schools in Malaysia.
This article is used to obtain a more nuanced
explanation for teacher perceptions toward e-learning. Data were collected
using an open-ended questionnaire.
The
results of the study show the benefits as perceived by the teachers, the main
barriers they faced and suggestions for improving implementation and
Implications for teacher preparation, staff development efforts and education
reform are proposed.
